How Miles Technology Services handles the information you send us.
Miles Technology Services (“MTS,” “we”) is Joey Miles, based in Coal City, Indiana.
What we collect
If you use the contact form, we receive the information you submit — typically your name, email, phone, company, and message — so we can reply. If you call or email, we receive whatever you choose to share.
If you choose Accept on the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are viewed, which means Google receives that usage information from your browser; if you choose Essential only, no analytics run.
How we use it
We use that information to respond to you and to do the work you asked for. We do not sell it. We do not use it for public IT advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry and client records only as long as needed to reply, do the work, and meet ordinary record-keeping needs.
