Miles Technology Services is after-hours IT from Joey Miles in Coal City, Indiana. Work is done evenings and weekends. It is not a daytime IT company.

Scope of work

Typical help includes email, Microsoft 365, and WiFi, plus other IT work we agree to. On-site visits are within 50 miles of Coal City. Established clients are usually remote.

Hours and emergencies

You may leave a voicemail at any hour; replies come within 1-2 business days. Work is scheduled for evenings and weekends. Existing-client emergency contact is available 24/7; that is emergency contact, not round-the-clock security monitoring and not 24/7 on-site response.

We do the work we agree to, in plain terms, at a time we schedule with you. These pages are not a contract for 24/7 monitoring or on-site coverage.
